Geyser auto config setup is fixed

Refactored modpack server creation, should be more consistent and quicker to setup

Added timeout logic for modpack server setup

Added Quilt server type

Added ability to change server path and backup path location (backup path for new servers now defaults to be next to the server folder instead of in it)

Added ability to cancel starting an existing server

Improved cleanup when canceling server setup/creation

Added Fabric API and (best effort) Quilt API setup
